She set up an online search using our criteria, which provided us email alerts anytime a property meeting these criteria came on the market. Because we were looking for a rather specific and unique property, it took a while for us to find something we were interested in. During this time, she continued to check in periodically. When we did find a property of interest, Mary Grace actively helped us secure it and was continually in contact with the seller’s agent to make sure everything progressed smoothly. She was knowledgeable, professional and helpful in every step along the way including negotiating a deal and recommending people for all the necessary inspections. We are now in our dream home and could not have done it without Mary Grace’s help.

From the beginning, Mary Grace suggested various ways to "get the word out" on the listing, including scheduling multiple open houses, posting to the neighborhood's website, and proactively working with other realtors. Mary Grace worked hard to obtain and send feedback from potential buyers which helped to adjust the selling price to make it more in line with the house's worth and more attractive to buyers. Mary Grace kept me informed via email, phone calls and texts and was always available to answer questions.
